Meet the Executive Director
Susan Pappalardo is a seasoned veteran in the senior living industry. Prior to joining SummerHouse Park Provence in 2002, Susan served as both an Activities Director and an Executive Director at other senior living communities. She is known throughout the Northshore for her experience and expertise. Over the many years, Susan has worked diligently to build and retain a highly developed management team, most of whom have been with SummerHouse Park Provence since her arrival. Through sound guidance and leadership, Susan has cultivated the excellent reputation that the community has today. Susan graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She resides in Mandeville with her family, and she keeps very busy watching over her residents and spending time with her two sons.
